To all who are sitcom junkies. For those of you addicted to late night television. To anyone who has watched infomercials simply because there was nothing else to watch...

I do, too.
At least Ron Popeil is still around, though. _________________ Sometimes I feel very sorry for the Coyote. Sometimes I wish he'd catch him.
If he caught him, there wouldn't be any more Road Runner. You wouldn't like that, would you? |

And I think that the episode of South Park where Ike saw the dead celebrities came with perfect timing. _________________ Sometimes I feel very sorry for the Coyote. Sometimes I wish he'd catch him.

I haven't seen that one, but I love South Park. Trey Parker and Matt Stone are very cool cats. _________________ Moonkin becomes... BOOMKIN! |

You know what, I've seen ads for the Popeil Pocket Fisherman lately; I thought he stopped selling them 25 years ago (that's how old the ad looks, by the way), but there they were.
Ditto about Billy Mays. _________________ My fellow Americans. As a young boy, I dreamed of being a baseball, but tonight I say, we must move forward, not backward, upward, not forward, and always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom. |

I just posted this so that people would remember Billy Mays. I miss his commercials. I know it's weird cause they annoyed me. But now I miss them. So there. _________________ Moonkin becomes... BOOMKIN! |

Seriously? I get sick whenever I see pushy commercials on TV. Hell I get sick when a guy in a suit enters my field of view.
f**k them. Money should be made, not taken away by glitzy ads with false claims. |

I generally don't like salesmen either; it's why I don't like to go to car lots. But I have always liked informercials; I can't explain it. _________________ My fellow Americans. I never knew who the man was until about a few weeks before he died, when the comic "secret asian man" used his name in their story line and I looked it up to figure out the joke - never noticed any commercials/infomercials with him in them. Then, after he died, suddenly his commercials popped up on various television stations here, which I have to say is downright bizarre and tacky, but I guess that is the advertising business in the proverbial nutshell _________________ People think there are four elements to the world; fire, wind, water and earth.
