I'm 5'11''. I'm one of the tallest girls in the marching band. Actually, I was the only girl on the top row for picture day. xD

I'm 5'8" & am the tallest female thus far on either side. My "goal" as a child was to be 6'3", but I seem to have fallen a nip short. Dad's the same height I am (or was before old age), but mom's shorter at 5'4" maybe. When I line up with the women from the extended family, I look like a giant in the back row. My male cousins are only a little taller than I am, but I doubt any are over 5'11". There aren't any siblings to compare myself with.

I'm rather tall, somewhere between 5'9" and 5'11", depends on which doctor you ask. And I was the tallest girl in school for many many years. Mums side are all tall as heck, at least so says the now dead grandmother, though she only hit 5'8". Sis is 5'6", but fathers side he's the shortest at 5'11" and one half. Do not forget the half, he is VERY self concious about it.

I have the same problem finding clothes that other people have complained about, long legged and long armed. I'm probably an inch away from Marfan's, they tested the crap out of me for it. Every physical... but I digress. So, to get past the odd proportions, I wear mens pants, girls t-shirts, and mens shoes. Unique style, but it works for me. Though Hubby just informed me I have 'man hands'. This coming from the 115lb 6 footer.

5'6", well, maybe more like 5'5.5" (is that how you would write it?)
Comparing how sucky my genes are for height (my mom's 5' exactly, my father is 5'9"-5'10?), I'm pretty darn lucky. I think I'm tall, even if some people think it's short.
