I'm surprised she didn't get discrimination charges on her record. Am I mistaken, or isn't discrimination a federal offense? Or did she get away with it because he wasn't diagnosed with an autistic spectrum disorder before the voting took place? I also wouldn't be surprised if parents started pulling their kids out of that school, or even that school district. What a horrible teacher; she deserves prison time for that, or at least community service. It is also such an injustice to the parents and their son to have that awful teacher still working in the school, or any school to say the least. They should appeal to have the teacher stripped of her credentials. What if she had another disruptive person with an autistic spectrum disorder in the class? Is she just going to vote them out, too? _________________ I am a 20 year old woman who lives in Washington State and was diagnosed with Asperger's at 9.
