Anyone else spotted this?

What do you think of the idea?

That's pretty cool. If it takes off in a few years it'll be small enough to be completely unnoticable.

In fact, given windows' 6th sense technology, and smart phones on the up (the best processors chug out 806MHz), I could see this kind of thing getting put into phones.

I heard a lot of applauses in the video. Am I the only one not thrilled by it? shrug

The first thing that comes to my mind watching the video is epic privacy invasion!

And then I can't help but wonder why would I need realtime product advice at the grocery store. The real advance is to be able to do it at home in my pleasure, and have the prices of all the nearby stores sorted. We are almost there with more expensive items, why not grocery items too.
It may have some value when I go to a new restaurant and aren't sure what to order but then google is already trying something like that.

The projection thing also looks stupid. It may work better if they can project it to thin air, curved surfaces and people's body huh just aren't the way to go.
