I often have pressure in my frontal lobe...Sometimes it will be like a headache without pain but still intense....but most often sort of a mild diagonal sensation on the right side above my forehead...That moves around in that area, but is painless....
I was wondering what that could mean and whether or not it is normal.

Huh, I get horrible headaches from that area (right forehead, around right eye socket, down right side of face) which I take medication to counter. Sometimes (rarely) it's there without pain, in which case it sounds similar to what you describe. Does it just happen randomly for you?

I have gotten horrible headaches in the past like this.

What i describe is more of a continuous sort of pressure....

You have paranasal sinuses... which are "air filled" cavities within your skull... Frontal (in your forehead), Ethmoid (near your eyes), Sphenoid and Maxillary. They can become congested when you have a sinus infection, cold or allergy reaction...and cause you to experience a headache at times. This is also, why you may experience "pressure" behind your eyes as well as a headache.
