or am I being a hypochondriac?

So here's the deal, I've always felt like when I talke for extended periods of time it begins to sound like either I have a speech impediment or that I'm slurring. Lately though, I've been noticing that even when I say one or two sentences it fells like my tongue is swelling slightly or agian like I'm slurring or just not getting my dipthongs out clearly. Another thin(and it's not a result of incoming wisdom teeth, as I had then remove about 7 years ago now)is lately I've been getting a sensation on the inside of my cheeks, like I had just before my widoms came out, where it feels as though I'm actually going to like bit the inside of them.

Based on the above listed sensations(?) does it sound like I'm being a hypochondriac or that I should look into seeing a speech therapist or pathologist?

See the pathologist. Also, rejected cartoons makes me very happy. Also notable: For the love of God and all that is holy, my ANUS is BLEEDING!

Your probably NOT a hypochondriac, as if you had that problem it wouldnt just be one issue you are having. You would have multiple issues probably most of the time, and you wouldnt be asking us if you should get treatment, as most likely you would be searching for treatment, and most people who are hypochondriacs dont ask themselfs if they are one, as they truly believe there problems are very real, and would probably take offense to people who tell them otherwise.
Although I am not a expert, most likely you are probably having a problem with a nerve, probably the lingual nerve (I think that is the correct nerve I am thinking of), and a problem with a nerve can cause all kinds of funky sensations. I would see someone about it, you dont want to wait, because if it is something with a nerve, if you wait for it to get bad, then there might not be much that can be done to help

It could also be a muscular problem. My sister is currently in the last year of her masters in speech pathology so I hear about some of the stuff she does. I remember her talking about doing specific exercises with people who have poor muscle tone in the mouth (can't remember if it was an autistic child or one with downs syndrome). I'd say go see someone, there's no harm in asking, other than the cost of the visit.
