"Yes, jumping off cliff good idea, get to ground faster" - KOTOR2 when a thug is force persuaded into rejecting common sense

"You are, all of you, vermin. Cowering in the dirt, thinking...what, I wonder? That you might escape the coming fire? No! Your world will burn until its surface is but glass! And not even your Demon will live to creep - blackened - from its hole to mar the reflection of our passage, the culmination of our journey. For your destruction is the will of the gods. And I? I am their instrument!" - Halo 3, prophet of Truth

"You have entered a place with a long standing history of evil, pain and terror...And poker night is Friday." - Fable 2, temple of shadows worshiper

"Many bananas were squeezed to create this divine juice. Bananas don't have juice? Never mind you such trivial details." - Fable 2, the description of the banana juice item

"I want the human prisoner released."
"We all want things, human. Desire forms the basis of organized society. That said, the xenophobe is going to stand trial."
- Mass Effect, Shepard and a turian guard during the Earthborn side mission

"Why does every RPG have to have at least one worthless drunk?"
- Jessica DeAlkirk, Lunar: The Silver Star

And another Jessica line, this time from Silver Star Story:
"At least I stepped foot in a school, you dumb bastard!"

"You spoony bard!"
- Classic line from FF2-US Wink

(Dutch has just driven his Warthog through a gap in the wall around the Uplift Reserve park, off a cliff, and survived crashing back in the streets of New Mombasa)

DUTCH: Lord, I didn't train to be a pilot. Please tell me I won't have to do any more flying today!

(Dutch throws himself to the ground, as a drone fighter falls screaming from the sky and smashes into a nearby monument)

DUTCH: (Standing up) So, was that a yes or a no?

(Behind Dutch, the Warthog explodes)

DUTCH: Amen.

- from the end of the "Uplift Reserve" side-mission in Halo 3: ODST

I'd probably go with the classic "I've got balls of steel" or the whole quote from naked snake about hiding in boxes...

"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope. Statement: This definition, I am told, is subject to interpretation. Obviously, love is a matter of odds. Not many meatbags could make such a shot, and fewer would derive love from it. Yet for me, love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticle, and together, achieving a singular purpose, against statistically long odds."

HK-47 - KoTOR2. HK-47 is like the best character in both the games.

^ yes HK-47 has some great quotes, one of my favirouts is when he is made to download a pacifist package, he refuses to kill in fear of makeing the young suffer. Before the character must take it out so we can have our loveable, murderous, sadistic droid back.
HK-47's quotes

I heard one yesterday on GTA4 that made me grin with delight - I don't remember it exactly but something like:

Niko Bellic: "I'm telling you, the whole prison-b***h thing is an American idea. We don't do that in Europe."

As the whole rape-is-a-deserved-punishment idea that people seem to love so much really annoys me, it's nice to hear someone (even if it is a fictional mass-murderer) pointing out that prison ≠ rape in civilised countries. Wink

Knights of the Old Republic SPOILER

"You... you are Darth Revan, Lord... (cough) Lord of the Sith, And I am nothing" Lord Malak.

My word, the ego trip that line brings me. Cool
