They're not destroying anyone's life. Their child's life hasn't begun. They're preventing them from living a life in which they wouldn't receive proper care by their parents.

Then don't perform acts which brings forth a child. Those whom are raped cannot control their situation, neither those whom are put in a life-threatening situation while giving birth.
What is life to you? Even semen is life.

Exactly, but even those who could control the situation deserve the choice of an abortion.
Maybe underage sex should be illegal.

Do you value the life of semen? I bet you've killed a sperm before.
I value a life that's already begun over one that hasn't. Having to raise a child or being faced with the decision of putting their child up for adoption takes away from someone's life. |

| Maybe, but it ensures the continued life of another. Why must the emergence/existence of life be totally subject to the woman's convenience? I'm not comfortable with such momentous implications arrived at on a whim. |

Why should anybody be concerned with the people that strangers marry or go to bed with? There is not basis in reason for this concern. I can see the Yucchhh! factor at work, but that is emotion, not reason.

Frankly, given what I have been led to understand goes on between heterosexuals, I think we should be banning heterosexual marriage and sex. (I mean, seriously. Yuck!) [/sarcasm]
