Kind of self-explanatory. I'm a lefty.

I am ambidextrous with a strong preference for the left hand.

I was naturally left handed but my mother was told that left handed people were less intelligent than right handed so she forced me to use my right hand a lot when I was young which gave me my ability to use both.

I used to use my left hand at school but my right at home because she would slap my left hand if I tried to use it.

I was born a lefty but trained a righty. First grade teacher thought it too much a bother to teach the leftys how to write, so we all wrote right handed. The three of us that were left handed got kinda screwed on the deal, but come second grade we could use whichever hand we pleased. So, I just used whichever one was available at the moment.

For a while I could actually write different things with each hand at the same time. Kind of a one trick pony though, so I quit doing it. Now I couldn't do that if I tried.

I'm left-handed, as well.

Technically, none of the above... I'm cross-dominant...

Cross dominance is basically when neither hand is dominant, but neither are both hands good at everything, for example...

I write on paper with my left
I write on chalkboards / whiteboards with my right
I use scissors with my right
I throw a baseball with my left
I throw a frizbee with my right
I bat right
I shoot with my left

This creates a load of problems with hand-eye-foot coordination, both in sports and in the workplace.

I'm also an exact 50/50 split with left/right brain hemisphere dominance. Taken multiple tests regarding brain dominance and every one has been exactly 50/50 center brained. Razz

Cross-dominant, though ambidextrous at some things,
and I happen to be on the 50/50 spit scale as well.
. - interesting - . I never connected the dots. Confused

I do some things with my left, some with my right, and some with both.

writing-right (If my hand get really really tired, I'll use my left hand carefully!)
eating and drinking-both
brushing my hair, teeth-either
tennis (on wii)-left
tennis (real life)-either
volleyball-either
carry things-usually left, sometimes right (if I must)
turn pages when reading-left

I consider myself more right-handed. Both of my parents are left handed.

For both and either, I use both hands, but right is more dominant.

All other things I do are right-hand-dominant.
