0 Somewhat down. Still not reaching anything like my potential. I want out of the area I live in.
Assisted living would be nice... guess I just am not fond of anything at the moment.
I will always be susceptible to unhappiness. I must celebrate myself, even if part of that means the occasional unhappiness from time to time.

Had my second CBT session, and it's been really helping with the exacerbated and inflamed fears I've been feeling around my friends. This psychologist seems to care about how I progress over how much I'm paying her, which is refreshing. I was also given a really awesome bunch of compliments lately, so overall I'm feeling better about myself. Got a new working monitor for my workstation computer, so that's totally helped put a little pep in my step too.
I'd say about five? Yeah, a five. |
