Well, I did a thread about popular things I hated, now I'm doing the same about a subject I know the most about:

Here's a few shows/movies I hate from past to present:

TV shows:

Everybody Loves Raymond
Friends
Seinfield (couldn't really get into it)
Lost
Sex and the City
TV talent shows (American Idol, Dancing With The Stars, America's Got Talent, etc.)
Crime dramas

Movies:

300
Star Wars
Avatar
Most superhero movies
The "Lord of the Rings" trilogy
Any animated film by Dreamworks ("The Prince of Egypt" was the only one I liked).
Most horror movies
The "Pirates of the Carribean" movies

Movies: all the Twilight films, pretty much all the modern parody films (with very few exceptions), most Disney stuff (with the exception of a few of the Pixar films and Pirates of the Caribbean), and Titanic

TV shows: Family Guy, all celebrity shows, all reality shows, and all talent shows

I don't watch tv that much anymore. Reality tv bites and barely ever watch any of it. I really only watch sports, the science channel, and history channel. Breaking bad was the only thought was pretty good and I haven't seen it for awhile.
Older stuff that I thought was overrated:
friends
sex and the city
home improvement
simpsons
anything on nick since ren and stimpy

movies
independence day
titanic
gladiator
citizen kane

saw
pixar movies outside of wall*E

Finding Nemo is the best example I can think of. I don't watch many movies or TV shows, especially popular ones.

Harry Potter. It used to be my favorite book series, but now I HATE HARRY POTTER!!! Rowling went too far with the angst!

Prison Break, Lost and Sex And the City would be on top of my hate list. Luckily I don't watch much TV or it would be a long list.

all of the Adam Sandler movies (I haven't seen The Waterboy or Punch Drunk Love though, which are supposed to be tolerable)
All John Hughes films except for Ferris Bueller, I particularly hate 16 Candles for it's racism.
Didn't hate Gladiator but thought it was very over-rated
In TV it's The World According to Jim, how it lasted so many years I don't know. Oh It reminds me I've never liked any Jim Belushi movies either.
Everything with Colin Quinn in it since Remote Control-yeah, I'm old
I really tried to like Robot Chicken, but most of it's jokes fall flat on me.
