I do, I'm orientating for years now how to get a stable situation for now and the long term.
So I'm searching for the source issues concerning this to get there.

I just want a stable world as a whole.

No.

I did not create the world, and I am responsible only for those people that I helped create (until they turn 18).

Only this, and nothing more.

Otherwise, those who insist that I am somehow responsible for the well-being of others always seem to have their hand out and expect me to fill it with my hard-earned cash.

I guess I feel responsible for the people around at times on rare occasion, in an obscure way, while being completely oblivious to the more obvious things. But generally, I don't feel responsible for the world or people that made me the person I am today, because I generally resent people for doing that.

I am responsible for myself and my actions. Other than that, I try to help as I can, but ultimately, what other people do is totally out of my control.

Nope, I'm pretty non-active in this world. Don't think I've influenced anything yet.

I used to, but don't want to anymore. Don't expect any gratitude if you make individual efforts to improve people.

I will continue to work with groups to improve what I can in the world, and metaphysically, but only to the extent that those activities please me.

Yep.

Then I got traumatized and wound up with C-PTSD.

I now consider the world a minefield with camouflaged bear traps sitting atop it. Doesn't mean I don't want to help, but I'm much more realistic and careful about what I can do.

I don't care much for the future of our world. It is likely that there is another lifeform out in the galaxy that is better than us anyway.

However I don't like the idea of people suffering, so it is important to me for people to be able to enjoy life without having to be miserable or sick.

Of course not. I feel responsible for myself and the people I care about (but even them only to a point). Do I feel responsible for strangers? No. Will I help if I can? Yes. If I make myself responsible then I feel guilt for its failure. And I make it a point to avoid guilt.

I actually do feel responsible so I try to practice random acts of kindness and do great things for the humanity while I am alive.
and I do think people with resources should be guilty for not sharing with others, whether they are material resources, intellectual resources or other type of resources.
If your biological children grew up without proper parenting, they are bound to cause troubles in society and become so called social-ills. and the person who did not provide proper parenting should feel responsible for his or her failure.
and I believe people are the same. if the person was taught by a teacher who is morally inferior, the teacher should be responsible for brainwashing or not teaching the children the way the teachers should.

and I believe anyone who believe they can teach other human beings or children or animals should feel responsible in some ways.
It's not merely a job of teacher, pope or priest or Buddhist monk that guide people into doing right things all the time. it's job of parents and adults who should be responsible for the moral failure of their generation and children.

I have felt like this in the past, wanted to change what I deemed to be a failing, faulty, amoral society, but have since let this go. I will just sit by and be a bleeding heart liberal inside my mind and vote my conscience and hope this world changes it's ways.

I have spent some time thining about this, but I always come to the realization that society is beyond all help. In the end there is nothing we can do to change that, but it shouldn't stop us from trying.
