It seems like lately, everyone attacks me. It has caused my anxiety to sky rocket each time because here I'm trying to get some understanding and there are those who will push me down. I mean I've been emotionally abused already, do I really need anymore rudeness?
I mean if I don't explain things very good then I apologize. Sometimes I get distracted by things. If you are an aspie too, you would probably understand this. I've had thoughts of leaving because I just keep getting kicked around. I mean I understand that sometimes people are blunt and it can't be helped but isn't there a fine line between what should be said and what shouldn't be said?
I am very sensitive and things can really bother me, even if they are just small things. So I apologize for being such a bother... _________________ Diagnosed with an autistic disorder (Not AS but mild to moderate classic Autism), ADHD, Learning Disability, intellectual disability and severe anxiety (part of the autism); iPad user; written expressionist; emotionally-sensitive |

It is kind of a warlike place. Everyone says exactly what they think here so it can be a lot more full on than real life. _________________ "Caravan is the name of my history, and my life an extraordinary adventure."

| Some people's point of being here is to bully others until they are willing to respond in kind. Others want to have more civil argumentation. Others just want to hang out. |

I'm the type who just wants asnwers. I know sometimes my questions are dumb but to me they are important... you guys are the only ones that understand what I go through. _________________ Diagnosed with an autistic disorder (Not AS but mild to moderate classic Autism), ADHD, Learning Disability, intellectual disability and severe anxiety (part of the autism); iPad user; written expressionist; emotionally-sensitive |

If you do just want answers...
I can't really think of anything else for you to do if than perhaps join a real-life group of people, because there wouldn't be as many potentially "offensive" opinions; also, I have found that people in general tend to say much more on the internet than they would in a real-life situation. _________________ Books are a delicacy in Canada.

I looked through some of your posts and your threads and couldn't find anything wrong. I hope I wasn't one of those people too.
It may not be intentional what people are doing here when they respond or it could be you being sensitive so you could be taking things the wrong way. |

Sorry, but you have come to the wrong place. WP doesn't have answers, but you can enjoy the presence of a lot of other people with similar questions. |

It's so not personal. In any forum this active, there's people who use it as a substitute for a life, and make their sad problem yours too. If they try to pass off their rudeness as just "being blunt," call them on it. Again, it's really nothing personal. |

Problem is that an answer can really hurt someone without realizing it. And to be honest, because of cultural differences or differences in perception or just that autism-part, people could hurt you without meaning it.
But there are some mean people here, but also a lot of good ones.
I did not get answers on everything, but I also learned a lot here just by reading.
I hope you feel better about yourself and being here soon. |

| Just find the right ones to talk to and we all can help. There are nice people, and there are not so nice people. I can be your friend if you need one. |

stuff like that tends to happen when you put a bunch of blunt & hardly empathetic people on one board with some very fragile sensitive souls. just assume everyone's good intentions I guess. _________________ not a bug - a feature.

| The point is to make friends, laugh, answer questions, and feel better about life. |
