Hello All,

I am here to get a reading of what other people have experienced with an NT dating an AS male. I am 30 minutes from NYC and living in CT.

as an aspie I can say that we definitely have our differences with an NT person-it takes patience and understanding-we do not see the world in the same way as an NT person does-we can be overwhelmed by many different things-though many of us like the same things and feel the same way as NT people-some like intimate contact-some are not fans of intimate contact-it takes a little patience and observation as to how much the other person is comfortable with it-it may take a little longer for the person to be comfortable with you but it can be fine once they are-do get mad if the person acts a certain way to things that seem trivial or unimportant-th the person on the autistic spectrum-I know this very well-it is not the autistic persons fault that we react this way-patience above all else to try and understand how they are feeling and may be having trouble expressing it-I myself have trouble like that-its difficult for us on many levels but the pluses can be great too.You obviously like a person on the spectrum and are trying to understand-that is very big hearted of you and shows you are a very caring person.
