I thought this would be interesting. What songs do you like to listen to when you're stimming? I have to say I'm a fan of rocking while playing with my hair/touching my face. This was on the radio on the drive home today, and it's one of my favorites right now:

When I was a kid (ie.5ish to 7ish), I used to jump on the bed over and over again while listening to Stupid Cupid repeatedly on my Minipops tape. Eventually the tape broke because I listened to it so much. Sad

Wow...it actually is on youtube too.

Brings back memories....and makes me want to go jump on the bed! lol

Nothing helps to stimulate my mind better than some nice ambient music.

This stuff is like a turbocharger for my brain. I just put the music on and start thinking about something, then next thing I know it's 10 minutes later and I've thought of a solution to whatever problem, after having considered all possibilities.

I think the electric punk cross one man group Worm Quartet is great for stiming. Some of his stuff is kinda angry, fast & twisted. It sounds a lot better on CD or CD quality than YouTube

skip the 1st 30 seconds on this one~

Does bouncing your legs up and down count as stimming?

If so, this song. then just about every psytrance song I've ever listened to
