I don't fantasize in pictures or stories because I don't really have an imagination. I guess that's the aspie in me.
That said, I am transgender, so I "fantasize" that I have a penis. I can't orgasm, unless I "fantasize" that my (gag, hate feminine body part words) c|!t, is a dick.
So, that's probably different from the average straight fantasy. LOL.
