Get the anger out by complaining to anyone who'll listen or go thump a cushion. Once it's out I feel a lot better.

It's not like I have a set rule for dealing with my anger...but a few things I notice that I do are:

1. turn on the TV and watch something funny.
2. eat chocolate
3. remove myself from whatever it is that's making me angry.
4. talk to myself
5. go for a drive
6. pet the dog
7. paint/draw/create something

Now, I do maybe one or more of these things...and it usually calms me down. There are some days that almost everyone around me make me crazy.

I'm glad I have a TV in my room. Laughing

I don't get angry. Honestly, I've only been angry once in my life, and at that time, I was so angry I had no control over myself. I ended up almost throttling my sister, and I think it might have been a meltdown Embarassed

Everyone I know swears by working out when you're angry, as a way to deal with it. It never really took care of my anger...
