People here who say others try to discredit your beliefs about yourself. That is very disturbing and boundary upsetting. Evil or Very Mad Don't let them.. you know yourself, your brain your functions better than anyone else. I once had SIX doctors miss and misdiagnose a tumor the size of a watermelon and even a pregnancy once. Contrary to popular belief they aren't all seeing and knowing. Imagine how much more intricate it must be to correctly diagnose your mental state. Besides if it gives you peace, helps you see your world better and maybe conquer some previously huge scary mountains. Run with it you are hurting nobody.

Re: OP...I should copy and paste that and make it into a t-shirt....about 80% of that table applies to me

I'm so glad I finally figured out the missing piece....I just wish I could find another aspie girl to talk to in reality... I really don't have a whole lot of friends (3 total actual "good friends" including my partner, who is most likely an Aspergian male)

I would like to know what females aspies were used as lab rats for to create this chart.

I can only relate to one forth of this chart and find it a bit offensive.
It is creating aspie gender roles. I can relate more to the stereotypical aspie male than the stereotypical female aspie.

Why mention films and books with fantasy charachter? I find comfort in music and find that I have little emotional connection with film.
Sometimes my attention span won't allow me to read books at all much less read early.

I'm not diagnosed with AS yet, but nearly every one, if not all, of those points matches me... Shocked

I'm not diagnosed yet, either and nearly all those things apply to me; as a little girl and at the present.- I'm due to have a referral appointment with a professional as a result of me talking to my GP about my aspie traits, in detail.
