It's quite easy:
Just post the best picture of you you can find or take wherever (O, it has it be a mirror one), then talk to someone of the "opposite" sex; they'll eventually fall in love with you and you them. Said talking being the important part, of course, but you need a good picture to go with it.
Somewhat similar off the 'net, though you might need to apply the warpaint to make yourself look like a good picture (depends on many things though), go somewhere and talk to the opposite sex.
Keep a balance between listening and lecturing, and all will go well.
You then realize not a thing has changed for several hundred thousand years or so in the end (I don't know how long humanity has been around in its current form).
It all probably doesn't work if you aren't a "nice" person though, except for those who like being treated like cave-people (club and drag...).
Simple.
Exceptions occur when you can't really interact with people at all due to a developmental disorder or provide what they want due to the same. This is where "ASD" comes in.
