Playing the Mass Effect 2 DLC Overlord yesterday, I got a couple of new ones...
For those unfamiliar with the series, the geth are a "race" of sentient machines developed by the quarians; after they achieved sentience, the quarians tried to destroy them, leaving the geth understandably upset. This was complicated later when a faction of geth began following the Reapers.
Shepard is exploring a lab where work was being done on interfacing with geth, with an eye to controlling them (which of course has gone horribly wrong). He listens to lab records on his way in:
"Lantius ran a simulation the other day. If these geth ever wake up, there's a 98% chance we'll all be dead within two minutes. I'm starting to hate Lantius."

Also, on the way into the power station, it's necessary to take your Hammerhead assault vehicle, a ground-effect craft capable of limited flight, across a stream of lava (jumping from rock to rock, as each rock sinks shortly after you land). Should you land in the lava and take off before you die, the computer speaks up:
M4: Caution. Prolonged exposure to molten lava is not recommended. _________________ Sodium is a metal that reacts explosively when exposed to water. Chlorine is a gas that'll kill you dead in moments. Together they make my fries taste good.
