12 years old, but I did not start ovulating immediately, so my second "period" lasted over 4 months and finally they shot me full of hormones and put me on the pill to regulate it for the next several years, (because my hematocrit was so low)... I'm uncertain as to when I fully went through puberty because of that.

I can't remember exactly but I remember getting it in school and stuffing my underwear full of paper towels and leaving and walking home because I was too embarrassed to go to the nurse's office about it. I would have been 11 then and I don't think that was my first one. My breasts started growing in third grade.
