Forward: Your body is tilted forward.
Backward: Your body naturally tilts backward.
Inward: Your body is hunched forward.
Outward: Your body is pushed forward with the shoulders to the back.
Normal: Your body is approximately perpendicular to, "flat terrain." _________________ Q(A44,E06,F19,S64),158/200,33/200

I'm not being difficult but what's the difference between a hunch and a tilt? |

| Ok. I voted inward as I have a kyphosis and am sick fed up with being told to stand up straight when clearly I can't. |

Erect.
Head up, back straight (or nearly so) shoulders back, stomach in, arms at the side, and striding forward.
People have commented that I look like I'm marching in a parade. |

Normal. People in Middle School always commented on how straight I would sit up. I was also a second degree black belt though and I always practiced stance so that helped a lot. _________________ Always open to PM's. |

I have not heard of the book, but will examine it. _________________ Q(A44,E06,F19,S64),158/200,33/200

This is a review for Bio-Typing from amazon.com:
"Book Description
Publication Date: October 13, 2004
Bio-Typing Beyond Body Language is about assessing and understanding ourselves, as well as other people. It is written by a unique individual who desperately needed a method in order to physically identify people and understand how to deal with social relationships. Johnny Seitz is an adult with autism. He developed Bio-Typing as an exceptional coping skill.
As an individual with autism, Johnny Seitz lives in a very different place than most of us "normal people" (neurotypicals). Normal people are able to look at each other's faces and determine identity. Johnny Seitz sees and quantifies subtle indicators in a person's movement patterns, which can profile an individual with amazing accuracy. And better yet, Johnny Seitz's Bio-Typing inspires genuine human curiosity, is easily learned and is ultimately applicable in our everyday life.
Bio-Typing will lead you through both the author's personal journey of understanding and the process he deftly passes on to you, enhancing your own understanding of yourself and the people in your world. This book will take you back to the child you were. It will facilitate your process to better understand the adult you are today and teach you how to better relate to those around you. "
His method is based on assessing postures similar to those of the stick figures in the earlier post. |

I think my stance in inward when I walk due to me being very nearsighted but my stance changes a lot when I'm just standing around & not really going anywhere _________________ For info about where I've been & what's up with me check this post~

| I slouch and drag my shoulders and put my neck forward. I also bounce a little. It's kind of funny to me. |
