| 11/23/2011 - 3 cop cars came in front of my house 5 or 6 Cops came to my door, they knocked on the door so hard I was afraid they were going to break it, so I opened the door and asked, what's the warrant, whats the charge whats the reason and they kept on trying to talk over me then one asked my age, I said 25 then they asked for ID before I could show one cop said' I'm tired of this f***ing sh** I'm coming in" so they used unlawful forced entry and started to attack me and I had to defend my self they threw me out the house, tried to shoot me with a stun gun with hooks but missed and threw me on my neighbor's porch, and punched me repeatedly and chocked me twice the second soo hard he almost cut off my air way and had me gagging, My mother told them I have Autism and they threatened to knock all my teeth out, My 13 year old sister went to take pictures and they rushed after her knocked the cellphone out her hand and pushed her across the floor then they pushed my mother twice who has arthritis , they then put cuffs on me so tight they cut into my wrist and ankles on me and threw me in the van took me to Mercy Hospital and joked about assaulting me and my whole family like it was an eagles football game then one said something to the extent "pop pop pop" and that made me think they killed my mom and siblings they then threw me on a cart and shipped me inside I called them what for evil people and verbally assaulted me and teased me calling me D.C Sniper, Osama Bin laden and referred to me as the Virginia tech guy the mercy hospital staff also did this along with the cops as they strapped me on this bed after injecting me with clear fluids and drawing my blood one cop put a yellow/blue stun gun on skin contact with my belly and told me “if I didn't the f**k shut up and scoot up I'm going to shoot you” in my stomach, I am 160 pounds and very thin and on fire with pressed skin contact would enter my body and fry and kill me I was already detained so It was a death threat and inappropriate use of that weapon at Mercy Hospital. A doctor knew me from my out patient and said there is no reason for me to be here and would be worse if I stayed, so I was released the next day and on the note it said nothing about me being there. I have bruises on my face, arms, legs, and an injured left hand that has nerve damage with pictures and documentation to back it up along with witnesses in the neighborhood and artist rendering of cop who threatened to kill me. There was no reason for this to happen, There is also a long story of abuse from my brother's public schools, At Penn rose elementary school their has been abuse which has led up to the 11/23/2011 incident by students, who caused mental and bodily harm punched him in his stomach and teachers who has verbally, emotionally and physically abused him and both are discriminatory of his diagnosis of autism and ultimately the principle who assaulted my brother the week after the 11/23/2011 he has an eye witness who is his ICM who saw the principle yank and pull at his arm violently and crushed his carton of milk of which the school has received medical reports on how badly the bullying is to the point he has bad stomach pains and after that he tried to get on the bus but had so much anxiety he threw up in the toilet, he has autism and the school can not provide him with the appropriate education and safety he needs and doesn't want to they have denied him an much needed IEP and gave him a useless 504 plan. Because of the schools failure to provide my brother with good and safe education there is another most likely possible settlement which my mom has fought hard for one for me so I could finally get into a better school and one two years before for my siblings, because of this and the incident of which happened during school hours on 11/23/2011 where my brother was ruthlessly yanked by his arm by an school police officer which caused him extreme distress which resulted in crisis being called, but crisis saw no need to hospitalize him, so he came home on the bus as usually the school harass us with DHS later in the night due to their lack of knowing how to treat my brother appropriately and to scare my mother into not fighting for his educational needs, we have an educational lawyer working with us that would like to work with an attorney also because this case requires two different lawyers because they tie in together. No one was in danger at our home and the questions asked had no foundation or any reason for police presence at my home. My siblings and my mother and I are having bad traumatized problems from what happened we can’t sleep at night and have waves of depression, me and my siblings have Autism, Please help us out our civil rights have been greatly violated I need support of people on the spectrum because I am trying to find a civil rights lawyer and I've gone through quite a number and they refuse my case, they want me half dead, not alive or dead, stupid system, please help. |

It was difficult to read your post because of the lack of punctuation.
However, if you feel your rights have been violated, you can file a report with the department, and talk to the district attorney's office.
For later reference, if the cops are trying to arrest you, don't fight them, even if you feel you are being arrested unlawfully. Fighting them is not going to make them change their minds and not take you to jail. In some instances they are not actually going to arrest you when the hand cuff you. They frequently hand cuff people who they have not determined are not a threat, so they can question them safely.
Had you not fought, they simply may have hand pulled you aside and talked to you, hand cuffed you and talked to you, and perhaps either eventually let you go or arrest you. If they arrest you you may exercise your right to remain silent if you wish. A lot of times people are released the same day they are arrested, after they've been processed and charged, or after it's been determined that there are no charges to be filed. |

What lead the cops coming to your house in the first place (if you know)?
And did they finally produce a warrant?
Oh, also, out of curiosity, are you white, black, hispanic, or ?? |

You sure didn't read much at all regardless of my punctuation. First they attacked me to get in the house with no warrant, pulled me out the house and beat me, I wasn't arrested I wasn't charged because they knew they were completely wrong. I know the paragraphs aren't apart but if you want to post a response to someone make sure you read the entire post because you are completely off and you live in a complete fantasy world if you think cops are all wonderful and perfect, they are corrupt. |

I read and understood your post fine. My younger brother is a terrible writer, too, but at least he writes me emails. :-D You really do need an attorney. Have you tried the local Legal Aid office? Or contacting your clergy person for a referral to an attorney? There are a number of religious and non-religious organizations that may also help. Try looking online for them.
One is the ACLJ--the American Center for Law & Justice. I used to get email newsletters from them. Here's their web address (I don't have any phone numbers):
www.aclj.org
You might also try the American Family Association for a referral at this web address:
action.afa.net
There's another place that might be able to help called the Family Research Council. Their web address is:
www.frc.org
You can also check online for lawyers in your area that handle the disabled.
There is something else your mother should do. That's take all of you out of the public school hell hole and HOME SCHOOL all of you!!! It is not necessary to be super smart or a teacher to teach kids. Check online for companies that provide curriculum materials for home schoolers. Make sure the materials that you get are accepted in your state.
If any one gives your mother a hard time about her decision to home school her kids, all she has to do is remind them of the ABUSE you have been subjected to in public school. If anyone expresses concern that you and any siblings won't get enough social contacts with kids your own age, all your mother has to do is point out that the social contact you were getting in school was ABUSE! Also, she can look for, and enroll you and your siblings in clubs and other activities, based on your interests. That will provide some outside socialization. You and your mother can also point out that people on the spectrum are not big on socialization--myself included. :-D
Now, go look for an attorney, and home school supplies. Here are 3 home school sites for kids with Autism/Asperger's Syndrome to start with:
1.
Homeschooling Autistic Kids - A to Z Home's Cool Homeschooling **
HomeschoolingAspies This is a list for Christian moms who homeschool (or are seriously considering homeschooling) their children who have been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome (or suspect their child has Asperger's Syndrome).

2.

3.
How to HOMESCHOOL YOUR ASPERGER'S CHILD | eHow.com *

I hope this all helps you. Good luck, and remember, you have lots of friends here at WP!

PA = Pennsylvania or Palo Alto?
What happened at 2011-11-23 ?, and why?
What is ICM ?
Anyway in all cases document all abuse. Install video cameras home, bring to school to. If not video, then audio recorder. It can be used for court and (internet) media.
Do you live in a "good", middle or bad area?, it gives some understanding of the background picture. As in bad areas I can think the police won't think twice about abuse. |

Intensive Case Manager, I'm guessing?
Lumlock, had you posted about this a few months ago on the GRASP Philadelphia Listserv? If you are the same person and live in the southeastern PA region, I'd suggest you contact the Disability Rights Network's Philadelphia office and ask to speak with an Intake Worker. They'll take down information about what happened and possibly connect you with one of their attorneys, if they think they can help you.
Here is their contact information:

| Contact the American Civil Liberty Union (ACLU) . If they can't help you directly, they could help you find someone who can. |

My advice is still the same. Physically fighting the police is going to get you nowhere regardless of whether or not they are acting within the law. The proper place to wage the fight is through the legal system via the D.A's office.
And they can enter a property without a warrant if they feel someone is in danger, and under a few other circumstances. |

"ICM" yes you are correct, I did contact DRN, but they said they couldn't help me gave my brother an Special ED lawyer though. I have tried ACLU, and I am trying them again, but no help there, a few others, BAR was horrible, they want you to pay 30 bucks to even talk to them, tried other lawyers as well, found one that I just met with today, he might take it, I hope he does. Thank you, spread this all over GRASP if you can or want, my mom has been fighting for my siblings since 2007 and it's given her a lot of stress and illness, I'm the only one that can help, other part of the family doesn't really care, thank you for noticing me. |

It's quite ironic, my mom did home school them, but they couldn't keep up and it was a lot of stress on her, and the agency that assisted her started this mess years ago and wound up sending them to public school again, she hated sending them back. Two of those links I haven't tried or seen so thank you I will try them. |

Thank you, I might get a lawyer like that, he is interested, unsure if he will take it and I think I will go to the media but is TV news better, or newspaper? I would like them to interview me outside my home if it is television would they do that or could they? |
