I wonder if this is what caused my
blackouts where I wood wake up with
parents have scratches on their arms
and bites on their hands, and they said
I did it. I don't remember doing that.
They just told me they yelled at me and
I got an evil blank look on my face and
when they tride to smack me I bit into
their hands and scratched their arms
and faces, I don't remember doing that.
This was when I was 5. _________________ A Boy And His Cat

She might be one of two things;
1. She might be trying to work social skills into your memory (in the worst way possible I may add).
2. She either doesn't understand you, or hasn't studied anything aspergers related. _________________ Feel free to drop me a PM, but it may take a while to reply. I don't bite, though.

FYI: It's called "ASPERGER's SYNDROME", not "Asburger". _________________ * Believing in myths allows the comfort of having an opinion without the discomfort of having to think.

Did u ever get so violent u scared her?
This happend when I got bigger.
Mom learnt that this isn't a wise thing
to cause me to do.
Grandpa had a much more effective
discipline.
Calmly he told me I would be chopping
wood, and told me how many logs,
depends on how much I screwed up.
He stood with me, and watched me
chop every log until it was chopped in two,
then took a break, then continued chopping
until discipline was done.
I remembered the discipline punishment
of having to chop wood, I did not remember
being slapped or struck and biting and scratching
my parents in a blackout. _________________ A Boy And His Cat

My dad doesn't believe in any social disorders, so he generally yells at me for anything related to it or even mentioning it.
It gets me pissed, because I've been diagnosed professionally on two separate occasions. My mom understands as best she can, and she's the one who takes care of all of this, but my dad has custody. I get in trouble for it a lot here. I just try to wait it out, my step mom doesn't help me out either. She and my dad share the belief that it's just an excuse to behave badly. They think that since they're normal, everyone is. |

At first i was just like your dad. I tought it was just me being stupid and not trying hard enough. But after years of trying i KNEW it was more. (My mother told me i had McDD already) I can`t imagine how horrible it must be to have a dad/stepmother not believing you... You`ve tried to make them read about autsim? _________________ Diagnosed McDD at age of 6.

| Yeah, I've tried. I was diagnosed at eight, and my dad immediately pulled me out of therapy and everything. Then I was diagnosed again over the summer. I'm sixteen, I'll be able to move out in two years. I'm high-functioning, so I don't really need them that much. At this point, I'm just waiting it out. It'll be fine, I'm pretty used to it. |

I had a abusive (sorry cant spell well on computer) dad and a step mom who just sat back and watched (not literally) he also left my mom and me and my little sis when I was 4 he is just a something word that belongs in the mature form. And I had a step brother who got abused as well. He knew me and my sister had ASPERGER's SYNDROME. |
