What's your preferred climate to live in, For me it would have be a Subtropical Arid or Semi-Arid climate (like say the Inland of Southeast of Australia or Western Deserts of North America) with low humidity. I can't cope with Hot Humid weather very well and colder weather plays havoc with my sinuses, throughout winter here my nose is clogged up a lot. The really hot dry summers do not bother me so long as I lived in a house with cooling.
If I can't move to USA and live in a place like Palm Springs, Phoenix, Tucson or Las Vegas. I would choose to live in the Mallee Country of Australia (around Mildura) or the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. |

I'd have to go with what I know... I'd stick with a Caribbean island it's nice and rainy and very predictable weather. The only thing that bothered me were the occassional hurricanes, but they are few and far between.
I'm in Canada now... and it's so horribly cold for about 6 months of the year. |

Cold temperate.
Varying degrees of rain every evening, plenty of clouds, warmer, but not too warm days in spring and summer. Harsh winters. No invertabrates, apart from the necessary decomposers, excluding flies and beetles. No poisonous or spikey plants.
As for something that actually exists, Hokkaido or Norway would be suiting. _________________ Lalalalai.... I'll cut you up!

| Like it is where I am but like this a lot longer. Lots of snow, around -10 to -20 Celsius, and not too much wind or bright sun. |

I like cold non-temperate weather. _________________ If great minds think alike, does that mean that stupid minds think differently? |

Warm (not hot) in the spring and summer, nice soft rain, white clouds. Cold, and plenty of snow, in the winter. _________________ Ceterum autem censeo, Carthaginem esse delendam

Sub-arctic. Cool to mild summers, cold to very cold winters. Where I live now is close to that. Edmonton is as far north as I can get in Canada and still be in a city of this size (~ 800,000 population). The largest city farther north in Canada has less than 1/10 that population...
I hate hot weather. Anything above 25°C (77°F) and I am uncomfortable; above 30°C (86°F) is intolerable. _________________ "Some mornings it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps." -- Emo Philips |

I'm torn between the love of subtropical swamps and forests, and the love of snow and mountains. Specifically, perhaps the Andes would make me happy. |
