No, the Saturday doesn't suit me anymore! Maybe if we pick a date well in advance that everyone is happy with...

Can't make Saturday, occupied by family. yellowtamarin's suggestion is a good one, maybe 2 weeks in advance.

Oh my, this is tricky isn't it. How about weekend 18th-19th or 25th-26th? 2 weeks notice would be the 25th-26th but the earlier one may also work, depending on peoples schedules. Would those interested people post their availability for both weekends (Sat and Sun for both). Once everyone has done that it'll be clear which day is the best option. The sooner we lock in a date the better Smile

At this stage I'm free on the 25th and 26th, and potentially the 19th.

Alrighty. While it's still roughly 2 weeks in advance lets nail down the 26th in our calendars. Hopefully everyone can make it. Smile

Sounds good, the more the merrier. I'm going to assume that everyone is attending unless they post in this thread to say they can't. It's Federation Square at 1pm, 26th of Feb. We'll need to work out exactly where in Fed Square we're going to meet. I'm not familiar with the place.

'Chocolate buddha' in Fed Square seems to be as good a place as any to meet up. Go to chocolatebuddha.com.au and click on the link to 'Location' to see where it is exactly. It's somewhere with shade and shouldn't be hard to find.

Ugh, I didn't sleep a wink last night thanks to the heat, I think I'm going to have to sit this one out. Sorry!
