Oh my, this is tricky isn't it. How about weekend 18th-19th or 25th-26th? 2 weeks notice would be the 25th-26th but the earlier one may also work, depending on peoples schedules. Would those interested people post their availability for both weekends (Sat and Sun for both). Once everyone has done that it'll be clear which day is the best option. The sooner we lock in a date the better  |

| 'Chocolate buddha' in Fed Square seems to be as good a place as any to meet up. Go to chocolatebuddha.com.au and click on the link to 'Location' to see where it is exactly. It's somewhere with shade and shouldn't be hard to find. |
