Good luck with the Wings. I'm looking forward to seeing the Sharks (on TV) during their current East Coast swing. I usually watch their games the next day (or not at all) when they're playing out West. Nice win 5-3 against the Caps last night. San Jose owns Washington ... 15-1 against them over the last dozen years. Smile

That tripped me the f**k out, when I first saw the score I thought it was the other way around Shocked

Ugh. Another shutout loss last night ... this time a 3-0 loss to the Rangers. I think the Bruins have the mid-winter blues.

I've been enjoying hockey day except for the fact that the Sharks lost to the Wings (good game though). We actually had the Penguins and Sabres on the Big Screen TV with the sound off while watching the Sharks and Wings on the internet with the sound on. Laughing

Currently period break in the Bruins-Wild game. Boston is looking sharp so far but hasn't been able to put the puck in the back of the net.

Watching Bruins vs. Wild, pretty good game so far. The one goal in the Wings game was weird though. * the one that bounced off the net *

That WAS pretty funky. After the review, I chuckled when the ref simply said the call on the ice was confirmed. They often give an explanation but there was so much going on with that goal that I think they just said "screw it, it's a good goal." Smile

Bruins-Wild is winding down. Backstrom has owned Boston so far today. Sometimes, one player makes all the difference. This is one of those games. The save on Lucic (and his reaction) said it all. Sad

Yeah, I watch the review so many times. I just gave up trying. Laughing

Shocked Dallas beat Montreal at the Bell Centre!
Right now we're tenth in our conference with a chance to get in the playoffs. Smile

The Coyotes are in 7th place in the Conference although they are tied with San Jose for pts. So the aren't far out of being in 3rd place. They have been playing so well the past couple of weeks. I just hope they can keep on the hot streak.

The Leafs are battling for the 8th spot but I am not as hopeful for them. They just seem to be struggling but I hope they can pull out the victory.

I was surprised that Toronto is still in contention for a playoff spot. Usually Montreal is already in the playoffs, and I'm hoping Winnipeg gets in as well.

Now, with a win against Minnesota. We've a solid grasp on eighth place... for now.

Well the Leafs are out of 8th place but the Coyotes are now in 1st in the division. February has been awesome for them so far with 21 points.
