As title.... I've drank to much tonight so gone into some sort of childlike state..... shaking my head with an electronic cig in my mouth.... I have no doctor (majorly against the law) so trying to give up smoking despite all this craziness that Mum and I are facing. Dawned on me recently that I need to try and keep myself strong to be able to fight back and all that......
part of me is like weary solider that is tired of fighting and would be glad to be shot in the head or or walking onto a mine but I MUST resist because my recorded deaf text relay calls are just to valuable..... despite all the different personalities, pendantics, semantics and etc on this site.... please don't let it all go to waste. |

Mr. Vincent, what IS your goal ? is it simply to restore services back to you and your mum or is it to have those( who you have filed law suits against) brought to justice through the court system or both ?

| I think it might help if other Aspies who live nearby to those suffering these sort of problems could go along in person and be a witness or even an advocate who is independent, in dealing with these people. It helps to show them that we're not alone. If I could afford the train fare to Doncaster I'd be glad to have a go! |

Pianorak that is so kind of you. Might ask Mum to send you some money. REALLY SCARED NOW.... 7 of my best video's on you tube have been removed!! 22.12.2012 MIND/RETHINK meeting at my house 2 days before my Mum's heart attack on Christmas Eve.... Mum did wonderful explaining in video in a way better way than I can what is happening to us, how badly affected we had become, was also my most calmest video.... also proves what support was legally committed to be provided from 3rd Jan 2012.... considering how good you tube usually is for freedom of expression etc this has really shocked Mum and I terribly. For sure we are being set up as it would take very high up senior organisations to get a you tube video removed, especially one with nothing wrong in it and to my Mum's and I favour.
TheSunAlsoRises Want both plus to expose what is happening to Mum and I, plus the extent of how far public authorities will go to cover all this up as my deaf communication system records verbatim what they are really like. Trying desperately to be calm and not freak out to much, this really is an epic scandal.... I also believe I can expose that it is a lie and a myth that disabled people in England have legal protection and that the legal services commission, community legal services actively collude to make sure no disabled person can truly legally fight back.
It takes a LOT to scare me and for me to openly say I'm scared..... thought I'd gone past being scared but phew... this is serious poo what is happening to Mum and I. This is EXTREME time and just uploaded this vid of Mum and I done about an hour ago stating how we feel about video being removed. This is mainly what it's all about as I can prove the true face of so many public authorities in England and I want to go as far as use my evidence but we get blocked no matter what we do and paying a very high price. Mum and I cannot do this on our own anymore and ALL services have been unlawfully denied to Mum and I. Please help, there MUST be a way. |

no, that would be spamming. you put exactly the same information in this thread and the new one. this one already says "EMERGENCY" on it so i think people get the idea.
i would strongly suggest that you may want to call a crisis support line because you are so distressed. i hope that things will go better for you and that this issue gets resolved.

HYPERLEXIAN I just did a silent scream this is cruel of you and unfair of you, please see the bigger picture. it is not the same Please Mum and I have been manipulated to a cruel and extreme end. I tried to call crisis last year but didn't know how to use it AND they just forward me back to the doncaster community adult learning disability team who are hurting Mum and I. This is major scandal. Major vulnerable adult abuse originating by many organisations within Doncaster Council then all the health departments Doncaster NHS, RDASH, Autism Teams, because my recorded calls prove so much.

The problem IS that you have filed law suits and claims against all those who are in a position to help you. As a consequence, you are well known among authorities and no one is taking you seriously, now. You need to discuss your situation with a mediator and calmly review any viable options so THAT you can get vital services restored.

I really really want to die, this is to much. Those of you taking all this at face value are doing the same damage to Mum and I as the public authorities. A community care solicitor has already confirmed what is happening to Mum and I is illegal but even she shut down on me.
I have only done ONE lawsuit!! ONE, that's all ONE so that's extreme unlawful victimisation. the reason Mum and I are being badly treated is because I understand disability discrimination laws, bad services etc etc and I have the added bonus of my recorded deaf system that records everything that has happened so I can prove their lies, unprofessional misconducts. I was assured an aspergers/deaf personal assistant/support work over one and a half years ago just before I was unlawfully dismissed from Doncaster Nissan when I was diagnosed with aspergers syndrome and dyspraxia. I don't even have a doctor as I was removed from register at st vincents practice when I made disability discrimination complaint and I even had medical documents of when I was 4 and 5 ripped out by my Doctor !! Why is it so shocking that I wish those that have harmed Mum and I intentionally to be sacked and to face criminal charges for vulnerable adult abuse, especially when they are trained and should know better!!!!
My Dad died 2009, Mum could die any day from this. Why can't some of you not understand that no matter what Mum or I do, we get unlawfully swept under the carpet and ultimately I am trying to do something good for ALL of us as I can prove how far public authorities will go to cover up scandals and that disabled people in England really don't have a chance on their own. Please only helpful altruistic postings back, please because I'm cracking up and so is Mum. The best video I had up of 22.12.2011 MIND/RETHINK meeting at my house has been removed by you tube and that has really shocked me as it proved what support they were going to start on 3rd Jan 2012 and Mum was strong enough then to explain what was happening to us.
