I would say a friend is someone that you can share your secrets with, hang out, and have fun. I don't know. There are many levels of friendships. There's like being in a romantic relationship where ideally the person you are with is like a best friend but with sex. And, then there's your best friend which I guess is sort of like a romantic relationship minus the intimacy. Then, there are friends you see maybe once a month and talk about business. Maybe friends just for going to the movie. I don't know. For me, friends tend to serve a certain function. For example, I might have friends that I just talk about autism matters. Then, I might have friends for just talking about movies. not that I have many friends. Most of these people are more like acquitances. Okay, I'm rambling now. _________________ Please visit my website http://www.armankhodaei.com
I have a daily blog that discusses my experiences on the autism spectrum, and a daily YouTube series to compliment it. Please check them out. I also have a podcast that is updated weekly including an Al |

| I don't know. I wait until they call me a friend. Until then, people are acquaintances/positive acquaintances, or people for whom I have special feelings or affinities, which I will describe instead of saying friends, e.g. "This is someone I appreciate." |

| A friend is somebody who you can easily talk to. A friend will always be on your side and back you up. A friend is there for you when you need a shoulder to cry on or if you need advice. A friend is somebody with whom you can enjoy similar interests together or at least have a good time together. A friend should be somebody you can trust. |

| Excluding family members (who should hopefully have the "friend" thing built in), one way to judge would be to ask yourself - would they come to my funeral? |

A friend is someone that you can do fun things with without feeling any discomfort, and without them feeling discomfort.
Generally someone you see at many different places, and are intrigued. _________________ "I watched a change in you, It's like you never had wings, now you feel so alive" |

A friend is:
1. Someone you like and vice versa in a platonic way.
2. You spend time w/ them (either the old-fashioned way or by phone and on the Internet).
3. You trust each other.
4. You care a lot about each other.
5. There is absolutely no romantic feelings, no intimacy. |

I define a "friend" as someone I could have an hour-long conversation with, that is interesting/fun and non-awkward.
I define a "best friend" as someone I'd feel comfortable inviting to "hang out" with me on the weekend. Oh how I wish I had one right now... |

A friend is somebody who likes you for who you are as a person, who is in regular contact with you all the time, and cares about you all the time. Also, not to mention a friend spends a lot of time with you when doing fun activities such as playing a game or having a long-conversation about a subject. _________________ "I'm ready to spice, sweeten, and flavor across the web."
