I haven't had near the amount of problems I hear about from everyone else. It certainly is a magnitude less problematic than Fallout 3 or New Vegas Confused

It's great but my interest has fallen off since getting to level 63 and finishing ALL the locations. Maybe there'll be some extra content at some point.

I played Morrowind but I just couldn't get into it. Should I be bopped on the head?

I couldn't get into Morrowind either, but I've quite enjoyed Skyrim for a while.

It's not my favorite game, but it is an amazing game. I think I spent around 120 hours playing it. I finished the main quest, but still have plenty more to do. But, many other games have come out and I've been busy with those.

I finally got to play it the other day, and I don't "get it".

The graphics are a little bit better than previous games in the series, but otherwise, gameplay feels like some cheap mid-90s thing (as opposed to a GOOD mid-90s game).

The bugs are really funny, though, I couldn't stop laughing. So I guess they get points there.

How do you mean the gameplay feels "cheap mid-90s"? I think its pretty fun and also feels modern. Also they didn't have gameplay this deep in the 90s i believe?

I really hate Skyrim. I found Oblivion was better in the sense that they were able to morph both mainstream and the hardcore RPGrs together for the most part. This feels like they completely threw away their fan base and decided that a newer market was what was going to help them. I am an organizer by nature. Analytical and like to organize. I do not like classless systems. I love making up my own classes and being ruled by my classes. Not only do I feel like in Skyrim it's easier to level up, but Skyrim very much feels like the less cartoony version of Fable.

I enjoy playing this Video Game from time to time.

But recently I've stopped, 3 of my files have been overwrite by auto saves that shouldn't be happening(I've switched off all the auto save options inside the Game Options).

Quite annoying, especially when it was 3 level 35+

not to mention the game freezing frequently when fast travelling.

All in all though, I enjoy shooting dragons in the face with Arrows, and shouting bears off of cliffs, always an enjoyable time Smile.

I wouldn't just say they threw away their fanbase. I've been a TES fan since Daggerfall (and very nearly purchased Arena - I regret missing it when it was new) and I like Skyrim.

Classes are not what appeal to me about the games. It's more the open world sandbox exploration and ability to carve out a place in the world in one or more ways. Skyrim takes out a step I never particularly enjoyed (which was to make my own classes to suit the playstyle I wanted).

Check out the Ultima series, especially Ultima Underworld. The first Elder Scrolls game (Arena) allegedly used the same engine as Underworld, but for some reason they left out most of the features that made that game so great.
