| Hi everyone. I have been reading WP since 2007. Have had various memberships only to lose my password and have to rejoin. Right now I am mostly posting because I need 5 legitimate posts so I can post links. I started Autism Acceptance Day and Autism Acceptance Month last year (2011) and want to post links about that. Other than that, let's see. I am Autistic, I am a (single) mom, I write indexes for books. I am an organist and choir director. I used to be on the Board of ASAN (2008-2010). I have spoken at a lot of IACC meetings and participated in IACC/NIMH workshops. When I first joined WP there were 12,000 members or maybe it as 13,000. Now 66,000. Wow. |

Hi Paula! Welcome back to Wrong Planet! I lurked for about a year before joining, and have been a member for a year or two now. I just made Phoenix rank (500 posts) this week. I have no interest in joining other social sites, but WP really suits me. I really like reading and responding to the other posters. I also like the help I get from the different forums here. There are a whole lot of different topics covered, so I can always find help here. I know all this is why you have kept coming back.
