Siracha and Ketchup.

Not together. But some things I love with Siracha. And other things require ketchup.

Spices / herbs: I use oregano and basil on pretty much everything. Both are rich in antioxidants.

Food: Wholemeal toast, lactose-free cheese, and canned pineapple. I always have some pineapple after eating meat. It contains enzymes that help digest protein and fat.

Drinks: Coffee (5-10 cups a day), camomile and fennel tea (4-8 cups a day), lactose-free milk, lots of water, and 1/2 glass of mango juice each day as a digestive aid.

Wow, you drink a lot. I probably only get through about 4 cups of fluid a day usually, 5 if I'm pushing the boat out.

Yes, I've always needed a lot of fluids for some reason. I can't go without a drink for more than an hour. But I also consciously drink water as a digestive aid. I drink 1-2 glasses before each meal, no matter if I'm thirsty or not, and half a bottle right before bedtime.

In terms of food-I eat nonfat Greek Yogurt every day with blueberries and almond butter. I usually also eat eggs every day, or plain oatmeal. I'm a health freak and refuse to eat anything with more than one ingredient at the moment.

I've become obsessed with the fabulous combination of red pepper flakes, basil, sweetener, and salt- I love sweet and spicy things.
Make me hurt so good!

I like Coriander. Right now I am growing Rosemary, Coriander, Italian Parsley and Sweet Basil. I don't get to eat these daily since the plants haven't gotten big enough to harvest any herbs from. Soon. I have a package of Coriander seeds I will plant as soon as it gets warmer. I like to have a lot of Coriander around to put in chili.

I eat pork everyday. Usually in the form of ham, but also sometimes bacon. Ham goes better with sharp cheddar. It has to be sharp. I can't stand weak American cheeses unless there's jalapeno peppers in them. In that case, gimme.

Food wise the meal I end up having most is home made curry. Perhaps not the healthiest choice but I love it! At night I normally end up having some sort of cereal, Frosties being the brand of choice atm Smile In terms of condiments I nearly always put salt on hot food, its a habit almost as sometimes I put it on without even trying the food first.
