I'm like that too. I like a wide variety of different genres of music. I am still picky about my music though, it has to stand out somehow. I usually go for the music rather than the lyrics.

I think so. A lot of people who are into music, say they find people who answer the question of what they like musically with 'everything' ignorant and offensive - I don't get it. I generally like music, unless I listen to too much of something (and/or hear others talk about it), and come to the conclusion it's not THAT good.

Mostly though when people say 'everything', it's actually quite specific things from a variety of genres, sub-genres or time periods. It just comes out as everything because they like bits and pieces from a variety of sources.

Well so far I listen to 1% of the music in the dnb, jungle, techno, dubstep, trance, house, breakbeat, psy, hiphop, rock, industrial, metal, noise, punk, gabber, electro, ambient, jazz, reggae, triphop, goa, breakcore, acid subgenres and that's all I listen to.
