I can relate to most of this. I don't have much trouble saying most of these things, but they do make me a bit uncomfortable.

I hate calling people I don't know really well by name.

Me too. Part of it is an irrational worry that I won't remember their name correctly, even if I know it(generally, I'm terrible with names), and part of it is just feeling uncomfortable.

Me too! That is a big part of the reason I hate it!

I dislike saying the word "healthy" in regards to mental health or things that have nothing do with health at all. I have noticed that people sometimes say "that's not a healthy way of doing that!" when actually, it's not unhealthy, it a different way of doing it that the person has decided they dislike or it's socially unacceptable, but not "unhealthy".

I noticed this was a trend a few year ago, I don't notice it as much now.

This is 100% me! I avoid names of people I don't know very well because sometimes I honestly have trouble recognizing them. Also, high-stakes names like family members get avoided, because in the off chance that I do confuse them then the consequences would be much greater.

I also cannot say the following:

"brewery"
"play the prelude"

When I work at a new job I will sometimes forget someone's name at first or call a person by the wrong name. I like to wait a few weeks or more until the names of most everyone I work with become more familiar and then I feel more comfortable saying a co-worker's name. In the past few month's I was embarassed due to calling two different co-workers by the wrong name. When I say "I love you" to someone I find it easier to say on the phone and I am not sure why. Confused

I hate it when people ask me "How are you?" or "How've you been?" because I'm never sure if they're actually asking, or just using it instead of "Hello"... and I usually end up saying "Hello" as a response and probably look stupid. I know I'm probably meant to say "Good, you?" but it just never comes out, my mind goes blank.

I do that, too.

I am nearly incapable of saying "nice to meet you." If someone tells me it was nice to meet you I usually end up having a minor panic, then responding with "yes."

I absolutely do not like introducing myself. I never do it. People just call me "that lady," because I never tell them my name.

Both. They don't usually care about how you actually are feeling, but they do expect you to respond to the question.

I have trouble saying things that I think are inaccurate. I have learned to say them anyway, since it is considered good manners, but I "wince" mentally when I do.
For example, when asked "how are you?", the other person is simply greeting me and expects the response "good, how are you?", regardless of how miserable I might be. It's like being the opposite of a pathological liar.

I had speech therapy to correct tongue thrust, so I can say all words now.

I agree with everything the OP said and most things commonly suggested. I only skimme it but I'm not sure if names were said yet. I hate saying people's names, I hate my name. I usually do second person or make sure people know I'm talking to them.
