Click on this link.
For some reason links don't seem to show up very well in WP. |
Some people use bold or underline or both tags to make links stand out more, like I just did. |

Particularly with the face and voice tests I often couldn't see any of the answers as remotely plausible. I just wild-guessed those ones so I could move on. I would have liked an "other" or "neither" option |

I answered a couple of questions with "so" even though I had no idea what it was supposed to mean. But then, I had no idea what I was looking at, either. That option wasn't available in every case, however.
And I was guessing what seemed most plausible to me based on what I saw/heard, which I suppose counts as wild guesses given my final score. |

| Yup, "so" didn't make any sense to me either. Was it a typo? |

Don't forget this one.
It's the most accurate I've seen in regards to the DSM-IV-TR. |

It probably was a typo. Can you remember which questions this appeared on? _________________ I stopped fighting my inner demons. We're on the same side now. |

I seem to recall they were both in the videos, but I can't remember whether it was the facial mindreading video or the one with the scenes from a movie, let alone the actual numbers. Sorry. |

I found them. In two of the voices tests, 'so' should have been 'so-so'. Sorry about that.
TBH I don't think 'so-so' is a very good description but I want to keep the tests as close as possible to the originals.
The original tests had handouts describing each of the emotions. Perhaps I should add something similar.

I am not sure if I can legally reproduce that test. With only 15 questions I am also not sure how reliable it is.

I know what you mean. I think an 'other' option was deliberately left out to force you to make a choice. From what I have been able to gather, quite a few people answer correctly even when they think they are guessing. _________________ I stopped fighting my inner demons. We're on the same side now. |

There's a spelling mistake where you enter your personal information:
| Quote: | I have been diagnosed with an autsistic spectrum disorder such as Asperger's Syndrome or autism
I think I have an autsistic spectrum disorder such as Asperger's Syndrome or autism |
| Quote: | | Test taken by you on 14 April 2012: your score was: 74.0 out of 140 |
Neat, that seems to be about right considering professional assessment as far as my performance in this social relationships stuff goes. Now, if I hadn't all these non-verbal, culture, routine and language issues, I'd probably be able to get along with people fairly okay.
| Quote: | | Test taken on 14 April 2012: You scored 16.0 out of 22 in 5.2 seconds |
That was the most fun test about "reading the minds in the eyes" I took so far, thanks for sharing it. The results sound correct too. I am quite good at films/photos or when I am otherwise not involved in interaction/in a quiet place observing others because a major part of my difficulties with this stem from sensory processing dysfunction. _________________ Autism + ADHD

| I think it would be useful if the videos had subtitles. I had trouble understanding what some of the people said(or is that part of the test?). |

Oops. Thanks for letting me know. It's now fixed.

I don't think comprehending what they say is part of the test but I'm not sure if subtitles would affect the results or not. _________________ I stopped fighting my inner demons. We're on the same side now. |

The Friendship quotient: Test taken by you on 14 April 2012: your score was: 54.0 out of 140
One mistake in the wording:
"31) How easy to do you find it to make new friends?"
Reading the mind in films: Test taken on 14 April 2012: You scored 8.0 out of 22 in 12.7 seconds (I'm not a native speaker)
I guess I will leave out The Cambridge Mindreading Face-Voice Battery (too long and language specific)
Results of RAADS-R from the old thread: Your total score is: 152. This is above the threshold score of 65. You may have an autistic spectrum disorder and it may be worth consulting a qualified clinician.
Here is a detailed breakdown of your results:
Social relatedness : 70 (threshold 31)
Language : 13 (threshold 4)
Sensory/motor : 35 (threshold 16)
Circumscribed Interests : 34 (threshold 15) _________________ Another non-English speaking - DX'd at age 38
