I was trying to figure out my Itunes account and spent hours and it was really stressing me out. It doesn't take much to peak my stress and get me confused and upset. Not crying upset but like you feel "FORGET IT DAMN IT! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (That feeling). Anyone else get like this?

Thanks!

Depends on what else is going on.

If I've slept, eaten, and am in a calm environment, I have a pretty decent stress tolerance.

If I'm tired, or hungry, or close to a sensory overload, I have a really low stress tolerance.

Yep. Though I have gotten better over the years by staying calmer but when I am having a bad day or have other things going on, I get more stressed out easier. Like trying to rush me to do something will cause me stress like if I am in the middle of something and then I am asked to do something else, it takes me a little while to do it and I will get stressed out if the person pushes me so I yell. Even having too many things going on in my life or day will also cause me stress.

If I haven't eaten, have previous stress, or haven't slept much, everything frustrates me to no end. I get pretty worked up in general when these things aren't effecting me anyway, but when they are, I can't deal with anything life throws at me.

Yes, I get stressed out and frustrated extremely easily. I think it's gotten a bit better as I've gotten older though.

I get frustrated easily but I can handle a lot of stress at one time. I've learned to juggle a lot of stress over the years between hard classes, sports, friends, etc. My competitive side also helps he get through a lot more stress because I'm always looking for a new challenge or goal.

I'm generally pretty patient - it takes a lot for me to get frustrated.

But getting stressed out is another story. It's incredibly easy to stress me out - put me in a crowded area, ask me to do you a favor, put me in a situation with kids, or put me in a situation where I'll be separated from my mom for a long period of time. I also do a lot of worrying - it feels like I'm always worried about something - that if there isn't a problem in my life already, my brain is ready to conjure one up in order to have something to worry about.

Oh yes... I get frustrated very easily, and I'm stressed out a lot.

Yep, all the time.

Wait a day or two, and try it again when you are calm. The solution is probably easier then you think. When you are stressed, you can't think clearly, and then you can't solve problems. What should take five minutes of troubleshooting turns into hours. Then you give up.

I absolutely hate it when the universe does not bend to my will. Sadly, it happens a lot.
Sometimes I'll throw a fit and just walk away, no matter the cost. I've been known to pay a lot of interest because I got frustrated with ATMs when trying to pay my bills, so I just walked away pissed, for example.

I'm easily stressed, about everything, but especially about people who are proven to be troublesome and unreliable. I pretty much count on being disturbed and troubled by some family members by now. Especially if I'm already having a rough time, or it's a long weekend, or if I go on vacation. They never seem to let me relax. It's so bad that sometimes if they didn't bother me for a week I get all antsy, and start to have bad dreams. It's like a curse or something.

I am very patient, exceptionally patient even. But I get stressed out really quite easily -- often it doesn't show, though. In order for me to be stressed out and show it in the form of frustration or anxiety or what-have-you, I have to be... well.

It can't just be an individual incident (as in, WHERE ARE MY KEYS I HAVE TO LEAVE IN FIVE MINUTES kind of stress), there has to be a big, overhanging issue as well, like concern about a family-member or friend, or a slowly creeping deadline.

I think I can fake patience. My boss used to give me all the new staff to train, because of this trait. The others would have lost it altogether, with some of them, but I somehow managed to present an air of calm. I would then come home and tell my husband about someone who was driving me insane.
