1.Kane and Lynch 2:

One of my gaming mags said if your not a tiny bit disturbed by this game seek help glad to know I'm still human. Wink This is one of the most atmospheric and intense shooters I've ever played, the protagonists are so interesting the true anti heros. Also it goes to prove how useless the internet journalists of this world truly are they complained about the clunky mechanics poor hit detection etc well duh this ads to the gritty realism their medicated psychopaths who I imagined found their guns in a back alley some where, get it ? Why doesn't ACrudd get this sort of criticism ? (Assassins Creed) Even more amusing the Cod kiddies get on the bandwagon hating this game when they haven't even played it or perhaps they didn't get their education in the 8 bit era?

2 Rapid Racer (Ps1)

The Jan Brady of the gaming world ignored yet quite charming in it's own way far superior to "Wipe Out 2046" that cynical cash in for the "Ministry of Sound " age. Peel back the glossy veneer and you realise what a crappy game it is, Rapid Racer is a simple yet enjoyable game that has stood the test of time best played with a friend (if you have one)

3.TR The last Revelation:

The internet generation claimed this game was passe and it should have this in it and that and the developers bought in to it and we got............

Angel of Darkness.

I like this game it's most respectful to the original yet builds on it, challenge particulary though thankfully not stupidly hard like TR3. This game is also wonderfully attmosperic and the environments are huge. This game would have made my jaw draw drop in it's day, sadly I wasn't their to enjoy it at the time Crying or Very sad

4.Altered Beast (Sega Megadrive)

It's from Sega need I say more ? Except to say it did come as a surprise to me that it has dated so well, unlike many games which where popular in it's day.

5.Douche Nukem Forever:

It harks back to the golden era of gaming where everything wasn't poo faced serious and 30 shades of brown. His like that grotesque uncle who comes every Christmas ie his good to have around in small doses . I can't believe they made this game in the 21 centuary kudos to 2k.

I wouldn't say it sucked out right, but it was pretty obvious EarthDefenseForce 2017 was a budget title. And I do think it could be improved and have a bit more diversity in general. Have yet to play Insect Armageddon so I don't know whether the new developer has done anything better. Still, I like the concept and the cheesiness and just blowing **** up. None of my friends will give it a chance.

That's the only one I can think of that is really blatant. I guess I could say Sonic and the Secret Rings, but even then there's still enough people vouching that it is at l;east decent.

I'm fascinated! I've never heard of this. To Google I go!

For me, FF Mystic Quest is the only one. It was my first RPG! I'm allowed. Mr. Green

Fascinated by a game based in Australia about a tiger taking on an evil emu?
It's not so much as a awful game but as a game, it was not rated highly.

I liked Robot Arena 2 and so did everyone else my age back when the game was brand new. Too bad the critics hated it.

At this point, I'll put "Mass Effect 3" on this list.

Yeah, I liked the ending too.

People can bite me. Very Happy

Jurassic Park: Trespasser, would've been awesome if they'd been able to finish it.

I liked Duke Nukem Forever, but only played the demo. Again, mostly sucked due to being unfinished, but I didn't like all the "modern console shooter" crap they added.

Also, I kind of liked some of the GTA games Embarassed

Some fishing type games... Think it was called Real fishing, I liked it because you could keep and care for the fish you caught, the ambience was good, and graphics were also good for the time it came out. Overall, not a very good game though.

I'm not going to lie... I gasped maybe a little too loudly when I read this.

I don't usually consider most sport games any good, but I did enjoy Need for Speed: Underground 2. I grew attached to my pimped out Miata. It twas a beautiful machine.

Oh yeah, I liked Mass Effect 1. After that, I realized 2 and 3 were practically the same boring game and decided that they all suck.

By "suck" I mean almost all the journalists of this world gave the game a poor score, the above games are in the 4-5 range.

ME 3 I have not played though seems generally a perfect "10 " game to most, so no I don't mean the loud minorities who like to get on their soap boxes ie the You Tube nerds bitterly complaining that it's still not "1999" as in no good games came out after that date.

Nothing to be Embarassed about , mainstream games can still be fun, I even like COD and Halo Razz (though I play it on the hardest setting , So those that complain it's only 9 or 10 hours stop playing it on easy Rolling Eyes
