I just input your comment "college will teach bookkeeping/payroll" into a search engine and there are an s-ton of links to brick-and-mortar schools and other online classes.

Pretty much everything I've done or had interest in doing was considered pink collar, with some gender neutral collar jobs in there as well.

I would work a low-paying white collar job (and there are many out there) before working at a high-paying blue collar job, even if I had the right skills. My socialization gives me white collar values and a feel for white collar politics. Besides, I rather enjoy sitting in front of a computer screen for long stretches, and having climate control.
