Hehe. My first thought was of that Twilight Zone episode with William Shatner, where he's on a place and keeps seeing a gorilla/monster out on the wing. |

I dunno, I've never seen the movie -- the one I'm thinking of was in black & white with a young W. Shatner. |

Here's the young William Shatner in Nightmare at 20,000 Feet from the old Twilight Zone. John Lithgow was in the 1980s remake of this episode. _________________ "My journey has just begun." |

I was raised and live in a valley created by mountains made when the continents drifted apart. They are not nearly as dramatic visually as the ones you posted since they are so old and worn away. But here they are. They look like waves to me here.

it looks like a tranquil place. tranquility is a paramount requirement for me.
i am actually rather scared of heights, and i hope i do not go sleep walking off any of those cliffs that i posted.
i have only met some kurrawongs so far (to answer the wildlife question). |
