Any other fans here? Great music for sitting back, smoking, and chilling.

I used to listen to them back in the day when I was into shred artists like Malmsteen, Chris Impelleteri, Satriani and so on.

Dream Theater + Tony Levin, can't really go wrong with that. Actually, I felt like it should have been even better. It was pretty good though. Portony has a couple new projects now (Flying Colors and Adrenaline Mob) and it seems Liquid Tension has dissolved.

Yeah, LTE unfortunately only did two albums, and a few live version. There also Liquid Trio Experiment, one without Petrucci and one with no keyboards (who does keyboards... Rudress?)

On Spontaneous Combustion it was Rudess. He left after that album though.

Dream Theater musicians turn any project super snobby fast. When i want prog I go with Pain of Salvation, Tool or Opeth.
