I currently work full time, and have done for 3 years now in a stressful job.
Having had a lot of problems with mental health issues recently, connected with my AS, my boss has arranged a meeting for me with Access to Work (like Occ Health). It's next week.
I have no idea what to expect, what to say, what to ask for or any thing.
Anyone got any helpful ideas?

Or experience of Access to work?
Or reasonable adjustments you asked for?
