I lost a lot of weight the last few months, I went from being almost 11 stone and now I'm just about 9 stone (sometimes in the high 8s if I've had an active day.) I am roughly 5'' 6' in height. I might post a pic when I have access to a camera so you can get an idea on what advice to give me.
I am slim now and more confident, but my belly is still soft, it's flattish but not exactly bikini/crop top worthy. The warm weather is approaching and I'd like to tone my abs and belly and I want maybe a subtle, "feminine" six pack, so just enough that my body flexes when I move rather than "folds".

Any tips on routines, online videos or inexpensive equipment I can use? (Such as everyday objects that make good weights etc.)
I have saved some videos on my bookmarks, a mixture of faster cardio and slower pilates type stuff. I did an hour of pilates yesterday, half an hour of abs and half an hour of bum and thighs, and it killed me!

Six-pack requires very low bodyfat percentage, but you can gain a lot of ab muscles from cable crunches.

YES! That's #1. Usually it needs to be 10% or below before you see the definition begin to show, and at 5-6%, you start seeing veins ontop of the muscle. Don't even bother with ab workouts 'til you see what you are working with. Most people do it backwards, and do a zillion crunches and build a sixpack to kill, but never see it and have no idea they even did it! It's not easy, and it's going to take time and dedication. That's why most people don't have a sixpack.

i read somewhere that stress leads to fat being stored on/in the belly. I dunno how scientific that is though
