| just walk however you feel natural; even though it might not seem as such, most people using a hallway are going from point A to point B, and barely pay attention to their surroundings, so as long as you dont make overly large/spastic movements, you wont be noticed as 'odd'; not just by the walking at least |

Act as though you aren't at all bothered by walking alone. If you look self-conscious and as though you're hoping people won't think you're a complete loser, they'll pick up on that.
