Hi all
what is the best sport wear for running? I would like to know what you wear while running. Can I wear black Addidas pants & yellow shirt with white Nike shoes? And also suggest best sports shop for it.

Thanks in advance!

You can wear anything you want to go out running. What matters is how comfortable you are in it. Back in the day whe I actually did outdoor exercise, the main thing for me was wearing something that I'd stay cool in. My kids go out walking/running for exercise some, and they usually just wear shorts and tshirts or sweats and tshirts. Sometimes they wear tank tops, and my son usually just wears shorts and tennis shoes, no shirt.

I love Nike and wear their shoes casually, but I'd never run in a pair. Some of the less expensive brands are much better. They're usually lighter, a closer fit and support and cushion the foot much more.
Something like New Balance or Brooks. Do they still make Brooks?

If you're going to wear black and yellow, I'd get a yellow Wu-Tang shirt, so you can say "Killa bees comin' fo ya" to passersby.

I personally prefer Saucony shoes, though if you are just beginning I would go with any affordable pair that fit comfortably without moving on your feet. With clothing, I usually go with any loose fitting fitting tee and a pair of running shorts that hit right above the knee. Both of those can be bought cheaply without investing in something like Under armour, which I don't particularly care for. I have muscular legs and tend to get relatively quick wear and tear from my stride, so save your money for better shoes.

I shop locally, but sometimes you can get good rebates online if you look around.

back in the days when i was an 'enthusiastic' runner i liked to wear a loose fitting top but not cotton as it holds a lot of sweat and can be
a little uncomfortable and some shorts with either saucony or mizuno shoes but you're probably better trying a few pairs to see what pair are good for you.
black & yellow seems a good colour combination when running as people in cars should be able to see you coming! i nearly got ran over a few times by motorists. Confused

I would say t-shirt, tracksuit bottoms and running shoes i would't worry about the sports brands though.
