| Twice a day, sometimes more depending on what I've eaten or drank. |

usually 2-3 times a day. I don't really floss as such. i don't see how flossing is effective beyond my canines as i just can't get two fingers in any further. maybe it's just about practice but i do also have quite a small mouth but a normal sized jaw.
i usually use a fingernail to scratch off plaque, it works wonderfully and you get much better sensation in terms of being able to tell where there is plaque. i don't often floss between my teeth but now that i think about it i'll start.
oral hygeine is fairly important to me of late. it does actually have health benefitts beyond your mouth and teeth |

I must add, I did clean my teeth every morning when I had a 08-16 job, but now it has just been a slippery slope. _________________ AQ: 42/50 || SQ: 32/80 || IQ(RPM): 138 || IRI-empathytest(PT/EC/FS/PD): 10(-7)/16(-3)/19(+3)/19(+10) || Alexithymia: 148/185 || Aspie-quiz: AS 133/200, NT 56/200 |

Once a night with the help of my mother. Couldn't do it without her helping me.
I never cleaned my teeth growing up; I just said I did. |

Once or twice a day. I can't brush immediately after waking up because I gag on the toothpaste and throw up.
A few months ago, by mom was over my house and saw me brushing my teeth. She started laughing and asked who taught me to brush my teeth. I said "not you". Truth is though my motor skills are horrible and it's difficult.
I never did brush my teeth when I was a kid. I remember doing it after my aunt pointed out that I needed to. I think my parents assumed I would know to do it on my own. |

| I clean my teeth 2-3 times per day. I still have braces and if I didn't brush my teeth a lot, I would have a disgusting disaster. I hate having food in my teeth. |
