| I waste my time solving rubik's cubes and memorizing random crap I don't need to know. Like the 1800 digits of pi I know. |

that's your brain's way of letting you know it has more than enough capacity and readiness for higher learning. |

I memorize things as well, I recently started on pi but it has been discontinued because I have decided to memorize a book instead. However I will continue memorizing after I have finished with the book. It is about the Roman military so it takes precedence over pi. |

Studying older fighter jets and bombers, learning about wing load,T/W (thrust to weight ratio) some physics (working on it) and trying to determine how they would fare in fictional, made up battle scenarios. I've always been obsessed with jets but always faltered at math and I'm trying to re-learn geometry and some of the basics to grasp this book I'm reading. I'm to the point where I'm going to pick up a physics book and try self-teaching myself some math just so this stuff makes more sense.
Despite this love for planes I don't really know if I want to get a pilot license (its not even an option to me so whatever), I'm very clumsy and have a bad reaction time, the little prop plane would end up as a smoking crater. I have no real love for engineering or the higher maths, I'm just so obsessed with my planes. Its a very useless hobby and it bores tons of people. I am working on a story though (involving planes) so I guess it does help a little. I really don't know that much, but I'm learning and feel as if I've taken it upon myself to learn about as much as a real jet pilot.
In gradeschool I use to have a bug collection but never got around to pinning them down. I preserved them by putting the (dead) insects into a jar in the freezer. |
