Can you clarify who it is that you think you deserve? My question is based on the singularity of the focus in your statement: "the [...] one i think i deserve"

OMG!!! Envy is such an ugly thing!!!

what do you mean?

My comment was just saying that he was acting like because he was attractive he would be disappointed if he got with someone that was not as attractive as him, when I do not see why looks matter so much.

No, trying to establish if OP has one specific person as his focus/goal

You do not know me and you are going to tell me what I do and don't know? I didn't even realize I was considered attractive until a couple different people told me. His post did not piss me off, I disagreed with it. Big difference there.

Maybe not, but I'm glad you quoted it anyway Smile

And for the record, we don't know how attractive the OP supposedly is. We have only their word to go by.
I'd honestly aim lower, OP. How we see ourselves, and how others see ourselves .. well, difference right there. Also, how you behave or move in public might not always compliment one's looks. Someone could look amazing but have a very funny walk, or have terrible smiling / happy faces Laughing and looks are only the ice breaker in most cases, if the words coming out your mouth were vulgar, or other negative things .. again could put women off. And if any girls you were interested in read your OP you can forget about dating them any time soon lol

So.. since everyone do not agree with you, you call them "jerks" and accuse them of trying to get people to lose their self-confidence? I suggest maybe reading things twice and also perhaps calm abit down. I got a headache from seeing all those exclamation points and capitalized letters in your last 7 posts in this thread the last 20 minutes.

OMG...still another... hiss, hiss, rear, rear! I don't think the original OP meant anything bad at all. It's YOU. What is your problem? Is that your picture? You are way too handsome to have this sort of attitude with the OP! man, loosen up, and don't read so much into it. The dating world is VERY superficial. You look like you might be short. How does that make you feel? Do you see how superficial things are? If I could go back in time and were given a photo of you (provided that the pic is your's) I would not call you because you look like you're short. You probably wouldn't call me either based upon a face pic because I would appear fat when actually I''m very tall and thin but my face is full enough to make people think I'm actually obese...costly dinner date!

I think that's quite enough with the accusations, RightGalaxy. Please calm down now or there will be repercussions.

I didn't think it was all that bad a post. His attitude problems don't look any worse than those of most other human beings.

RightGalaxy, you'll find I'm quite decent to guys in this community including ones looking for romance or dates. I see no problem in giving people a reality check from time to time. I mean..one I commonly see here is guys seeking advice for problems they are having, then turning round almost instantly to any post and making it out like they're a perfect specimen and the problem is the world. If that were the case, it would be worth noting they can't change the world they just have to spin in the same direction as it. And that's what I'm telling the OP to do, to start spinning the same way as it.

As far as my looks go, I'm not a midget :lol but I am 5"8 which makes me considerably shorter than most of the younger guys in my city. It's something I've long gotten over so feel free to comment on it. The trick is to know your strengths and weaknesses. Height is not my strength, so I play on my conversational skill, and ability to keep clean and trim. As far as your other comments on looks go, are you saying I'm not entitled to certain views because of how I look? And are you saying I should be comforting my "fellow handsome compodre"? Because I look serious in my photo (it's not my fault I can't look any other way, I have AS whod've thunk it in an AS board) doesn't mean everything I say on the forum involves me frothing at the mouth and hammering my keyboard, just as every long post I make isn't me going red in the face Razz if anything, I think you feel you can relate to this guy and are taking any of our comments more personally than I am, and it is you that needs to lighten up. I have my own problems, sure. But if this guy didn't have any problems dating, he wouldn't be here with us now would he? Smile

@ToughDiamond perhaps his views aren't all that bad but the way it was communicated across will look very different in the eyes of women. To me it reads "I'm so great why won't these stupid girls date me".

EDIT: I'd like to note I'm pretty sure there was something else to suggest my viewpoint. Whatever is there now is just fine. I would like to think he needs to lower his standards, and that's all. The edit button is a most handy tool.

Another case of mods reprimanding the wrong person. I think this site needs some replacements.
