confidence, and also to see what facial expressions you make to other people?? Like on Omegle or Chatroulette??
Also is there any free chat sites where you dont see a god damn penis sticking out you when you switch around screens? I swear I only got about three decent conversations from guys, the rest want horny talk, and girls skip me because obviously they want to talk to guys. I still have yet to find a girl who wants a girly chat. (Im a 19 year old girl btw)

It may help if you need to talk to strangers once and leave them alone, and can I call you woman?

Only one I can think of is omegle chat, but obviously there wouldn't be a webcam or pictures. Just have a blurb that you copy paste immediately saying something along the lines of:
Hi I am "Jane", I am 19 and do not want to role play or "sexchat" or anything along those lines. I am interesting in basketball, movies and (I dunno what you like...) peanut butter.

| I personally think that those kinds of sites are a terrible way to develop social skills. As you mentioned, most of the people on them aren't exactly the most upstanding people in the world lol. |

i think that web chats may help learn how to carry on conversations and make small talk, but they do not give the same practice as real-life interaction. normal everyday interaction with people is a lot more complex, over half of what a person is saying is through nonverbal means, like body language and gestures. chatting on the web, even with a webcam, does not give the full experience of interaction.
as for the penis-less sites, i personally have not found one. every single chat site i've ever been to has a million perverts. |
