I just saw this article on yahoo news, it's really interesting and very true!

It just made me think of some of the portion sizes at restaurants I've been to. The worst was an Italian restaurant I went to recently...someone I was with ordered lasagna and when they brought it out, the plate was about 2ft in diameter and had this huge stack of lasagna and melted cheese on top of it. It was clearly enough food for like 4-5 people ,even though it said it was meant for 1 on the menu lol. |
