Anyone else seem to notice that parents and other adults complain that kids are growing up toofast thesedays, yet the ones who are maybe slightly immature or disabled dont seemto grow up fast enough? Isnt that sort of a oxymoronish of them to say/think that, and why? Im referring specifally to the teenager stages?
